Pyxis - Documentation System: EPIC (REQUIRED, HARDSTOP) - Communication: SBAR PATIENT DIAGNOSES:

- Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit, myocardial infarction, rule out MI, Primary arrhythmias, pre/post open-heart surgery patients, vascular surgery patients, coronary artery disease, heart failure, pre/post cath lab with or without interventions, stroke patients with cardiac involvement SPECIAL PROCEDURES:

- Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care - Blood/Blood Products Administration - Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Epicardial Pacer Management - LVAD/Impella, Open Heart 24-28 hours Post-Op - Tele Interpretation - Dysrhythmia Interpretation and management Hard Stop (REQUIRED) - Surgical Telemetry -(open heart surgery experience and vascular ( groin) radial band management, IV skills, ACLS, BCLS, NIH, 2-3 years telemetry experience;
