We are looking for Full time and Part time for all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable)

• Upon hire:
  Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE:
  Teaching Experience.

• 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.
• Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE:
  Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience.
