Join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care. This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18-year-olds. As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU Nursing experience.
