Base pay: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr premium shift differentials available for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Seattle Medical Post Acute Care seeks a certified nursing assistant to provide comprehensive care for residents, following established long‑term care standards.

• Respond to signal lights.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
• Serve and collect food trays and provide feeding assistance.
• Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist with walking.
• Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
• Take and record vital signs, food/fluid intake and output, and weight as directed.
• Complete documentation.

• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
