The Wellness Nurse provides quality care to residents in an assisted living and memory care environment, working closely with the medical team and resident family. The role offers consistent hours, set schedules with optional flexibility, and a clear career path to nursing leadership.
Schedule- Sunday and Monday: day shift (8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts)

Responsibilities- Wound care
- Medication management
- Provide nursing services to residents
- Communicate with families and physicians
- Conduct fall, skin, pain, and Fast Scale assessments
- Hands‑on nursing care
- Coordinate resident care with families, physicians, and staff
- Communicate care plan changes to staff
- Audit eMARS and medication cart
- Participate in training of care staff
- RN or LPN license that is active and in good standing
- Passion to work with seniors
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work hard, support the team, and bring fun to the job
- Willingness to take a 2‑step TB test
