Med Staff USA is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Unit team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous sign‑on bonus of up to $15,000 for candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute‑care experience.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Educate patients and their families on post‑operative care and follow‑up instructions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Valid and current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital acute‑care setting (less than 12 months of experience may qualify for a sign‑on bonus of up to $9,000).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire).
• Experience working in a surgical unit is preferred, but not required.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate nurses into practice, emphasizing inter‑professional, collaborative, and patient‑centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom‑based learning, clinical simulation, skills development, and unit orientation with specialty‑trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

Available positions include: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour variable shifts; 24 hours per week, 12‑hour variable shifts.
