Base pay: $48.00/hr – $63.00/hr.

Seattle Medical Post Acute Care is currently looking for a Resident Care Manager Nurse to oversee the proper administration of total care for our residents. The role provides general nursing care, supervises Licensed Nurses and CNAs, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Obtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Observes residents, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisors, families, and physicians of changes in condition.
• Takes vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess resident condition.
• Administers appropriate disciplinary action for nursing staff non‑compliance with state, federal regulations and center policies.
• Modifies resident care plans, care directives, ADL and aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident condition changes.

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required:
  
  Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, especially as it relates to geriatric residents, long‑term care, and rehabilitation.
