Registered Nurse – NICU (Level IV) - Seattle, Washington

Schedule:Full-time, 36 hours/week | 12-hour night shifts

Compensation:Base salary range $80,000 – $156,000/year

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced NICU RNs to join a well-established Level IV NICU team in Seattle. This is an opportunity to work in a highly specialized neonatal intensive care unit that provides advanced, compassionate care for critically ill newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity care to neonates in a Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care
• Perform thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support families through treatment and care transitions
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards in all aspects of care
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team learning

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington RN license
• Current BLS (AHA) and NRP (AAP) certification
• Minimum 1 year of full-time NICU RN experience(post-graduation; excludes clinical rotations or residency)
• Level IV NICU experience preferred
