Pay: $56-$60 per hour (RN) or $47-$51 per hour (LPN) + $3,500 hiring bonus. Full‑time Weekend shift Saturday & Sunday 6:30AM-10:30PM.

• Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Write, initiate, and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete, maintain, and submit accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• RN or LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
