At Food Lifeline, we believe that access to nutritious food is a basic human right. Every day, we work alongside a network of hundreds of partner food banks, meal programs, and community organizations across western Washington to ensure our neighbors have the food they need to thrive.
Food Lifeline is seeking an experienced and strategic Agency Programs & Partnerships Manager to lead a high-impact team responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our network of partner agencies across western Washington.
This role sits at the intersection of program strategy, operational execution, and community partnership. The Manager oversees a multidisciplinary team supporting agency relations, distribution coordination, and program operations while supporting the development and improvement of systems that ensure effective, equitable food distribution across our network.
They will also help design and improve programs, strengthen partner agreements and processes, and ensure our work continues to evolve to meet the needs of communities experiencing food insecurity.
We are looking for a collaborative and values-driven leader who believes in the power of community partnerships, brings an equity lens to their work, and is excited to help build systems that make food access more consistent, responsive, and impactful.
By strengthening the partnerships at the heart of our network, this role helps make it possible for Food Lifeline and our partners to provide food and hope to hundreds of thousands of neighbors each year.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $80,000–$86,000 annually
