As a member of the Catholic Charities Foundation, the Database and Gift Entry Coordinator is responsible for performing high-level gift-processing tasks. The Database and Gift Entry Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversite, recording, and acknowledgment of the organization's donor data and donations into the donor database. This position plays a key role in maintaining donor communication and satisfaction through timely gift acknowledgment.
This position reports to the Director of Annual Giving and Digital Media, and works closely with the Foundation Database Team and Accounting departments.

This is a Full-time, 40-hour position starting at $26.22 - $29.17/hr (D.O.E) with a competitive benefits package:

Responsibilities
* Enter gift and constituent data into the agency's donor database at a 97%+ accuracy
* Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements relating to donor and gift
* Assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks to ensure the accuracy of the donor
* Complete gift entry of company gifts and matching gifts and manage donor reports in company giving
* Create and maintain various reports and tracking
* Ensure timely stewardship and proper acknowledgment of major and planned
* Ensure communication and outreach with donors and prospects are recorded in the
* Respond to donor inquiries via phone, email, or letter.

Qualifications
* Contribute to a team culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
* Intermediate skill level in donor databases; preferably Raiser's Edge
* Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Solid interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication Includes the ability to support and understand the mission of the agency through all forms of communication
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Detail oriented
* High School Diploma or equivalent required;
College degree preferred
* Willingness to learn and work well within a team environment, both independently and as an active member of the
* Proven track record for successful project coordination and execution, preferably in a fund development

* Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge, and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multicultural
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Knowledge of Raiser's Edge and RE NXT
* Minimum one-year experience in a development office
* Familiar with the Catholic Church and culture
* Familiar with using and creating workflows
