In order to fulfill his mission, the Archbishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people). He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.

Each position employed in the Chancery helps to extend the ministry of the Archbishop in particular ways, as outlined in the position description.
Position SummaryThe Development Data Analyst will support the Development Department by overseeing our Raiser's Edge system, data mining, and providing portfolio analytics. This role serves as a key partner to the Chief Development Officer, by ensuring accurate data and actionable fundraising insights.
They will be responsible for portfolio management support and analytics that will help guide and strengthen development strategy. The position requires an expert in Raiser's Edge donor database systems, with a strong attention to detail, high discretion with confidential information, and strong coordination skills across multiple fundraising programs.

- Prospect Analytics, Data Mining & Portfolio Optimization
- Major Gift Portfolio & Moves Management Support
- Gift Processing, Data Entry & Acknowledgments
- Annual Giving & Campaign Analytics Support
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in database management (specifically Raiser's Edge), fundraising operations, development services, database analytics, or related field.
- Expertise with Raiser's Edge and experience with donor database management.
- Experience supporting development teams through reporting, and analytics.
- Understanding of fundraising ethics, donor confidentiality, and best practices in donor-centered philanthropy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, flexible approach, and sense of humor.
- Familiarity with Catholic Church culture and mission is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office setting, with extended time at a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 lbs (if applicable).
- Occasional evening or weekend support may be required during campaign or appeal deadlines.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
