Canvasser – Environmental Advocacy

Grassroots Team is hiring Canvassers in Seattle, WA to represent Greenpeace USA, one of the world’s leading environmental organizations. Join us in fighting climate change, ending toxic plastic waste, and challenging the fossil fuel industry while building a rewarding career in nonprofit advocacy.

Base pay: $23.76/hr for full‑time canvassers meeting weekly goals; can earn up to $30/hr with annual bonuses. Full‑time, benefits include up to 25 paid days off in the first year, an Employee Assistance Program, medical, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

• Fundraise to power Greenpeace campaigns
• Engage people in meaningful conversations about climate and social justice
• Work outdoors and in your community while developing advocacy skills
• Comfortable with door‑to‑door work and outdoor activity year‑round

• 18+ years old
• Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable engaging the public
• Full training is provided; no experience necessary

• Promotions & leadership track — grow to Field Manager, Field Director, or Canvass Director with industry‑leading pay and training
