Basic Qualifications
- At least four years' experience in marketing and brand management
- At least four years' experience leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation.
- At least three years' experience managing two or more budgets.
- Bachelor's degree or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C. "

Key projects:
" [1] CPG Packaging Graphics Refresh --- this role will be the voice of the NACP in a cross-format and cross-functional packaging workstream. They will lead design feedback and refinement to ensure that the creative and strategic briefs are achieved. They will partner with NACP Insights to shape a research plan and apply results. They will partner with internal design teams to finalize designs with leadership alignment for release.

They will route graphics (MARCOM, Legal, Regulatory) to ensure compliance and partner on a talk track to sell in the upside of new packaging with our distribution partner. They will partner cross functionally to ensure that we have a transition plan that minimizes write-off and maximizes speed to market.

" [2] Big Bet Innovation Marketing Launch Support --- this role will play a key role in executing the 360 marketing plan in service of a 2026 Big Bet innovation launch. That support will require agency partnership, strategic visions and detailed oversite to ensure key marketing tactics are delivered on brief and on time.

" [3] Portfolio Packaging Refresh --- this role will author and deliver a design brief to an internal design to spur the refresh of a $250MM business. The brief will need to root in consumer data, enterprise interdependencies and competitive insight. Design needs to be developed, tested and aligned to by October to enable in market presence as a part of CPG shelf reset.
