As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a three‑month internship period.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in analyzing market trends, including assortment supply analysis, traffic analysis, content analysis, etc.
  • Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery tracking, and communication with cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor real‑time campaign/project performance and keep track of post‑campaign performance evaluation.
  • Support weekly report data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior e‑commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Data‑driven and sensitive to data insight.

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75.

Benefits:
Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. Interns also receive ten paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
