Aircall is looking for a motivated copywriter to join our content team and support written execution across our core marketing channels.

You are a strong writer who is hungry to grow. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, taking a brief and running with it, and producing clean, accurate copy  thrive in a collaborative environment and are as comfortable writing a punchy ad headline as you are drafting a blog post or polishing a landing page. You are detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn the craft of B2B SaaS copywriting from an experienced team.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. You will work closely alongside our Senior Copywriter, supporting content production across SEO, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Regional Marketing. You will have direct exposure to cross‑functional stakeholders while being guided and supported by your senior counterpart.

• Execute SEO‑optimized content — blog posts, landing pages, and long‑form assets — based on briefs and guidelines provided by the SEO Manager.
• Support Product Marketing with copy for product launches, feature updates, and sales enablement materials.
• Assist Performance Marketing with ad copy and demand generation content, including paid search, paid social, and offer‑led campaigns.
• Contribute to Regional Marketing deliverables including event landing pages and localized content.
• Deliver copy accurately and on time to the Website team for publication.
• Produce a high volume of content across formats: web pages, blogs, e‑books, email copy, ad copy, and more.
• Maintain Aircall’s tone of voice standards across all content you produce.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Copywriting, Communications, or a related field — or bring equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of copywriting experience gained either in‑house or at an agency.
• Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing environments and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Clear, responsive communicator who can manage feedback from multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
• Bias to action — you don’t wait to be told twice, and you take ownership of your work.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to produce high‑quality work consistently.

$50,000 - $80,000 a year
