Now Brewing – senior manager, Global Communications – Corporate Reputation Campaigns #tobeapartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. Today, with more than 400,000 partners in over 40,000 stores worldwide, we continue to expand our positive impact across the communities we serve and the coffee growing regions that sustain us.
Our Global Communications & Corporate Affairs team helps share that impact — building trust, elevating leadership, and demonstrating how Starbucks uses its scale for good.
As senior manager, Global Communications, you will lead global, integrated communications campaigns that amplify how Starbucks is helping make a positive difference for people and the planet – particularly through our work in coffee, sustainability, and community impact. This role calls for someone who is both a strategist and a doer: strong in narrative development, comfortable shaping complex initiatives into compelling stories, and able to lead campaigns across owned, earned, and internal channels.
You’ll work across functions and levels – from sustainability and coffee teams to social impact, public policy, and external partner organizations – bringing clarity, cohesion, and creativity to highly visible, reputation building moments.
