Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing –  Introduction to team

The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for the end-to-end brand strategy, planning, and execution of key marketing initiatives for  In this role, you will independently lead big brand moments, cultural and seasonal campaigns, and regional go-to-market initiatives (including product and commercial launches) across Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and emerging APAC markets. You will be the subject matter expert for your markets, bringing deep local insight and cultural context to shape both brand and business decisions.

You will act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders by providing market insights, cultural context, and informed recommendations that influence business and brand strategy. You will also be the central contact for driving 360° marketing initiatives across Expedia Group channels—spanning brand and creative, performance and growth levers (SEM, SEO, CRM, social, media)—ensuring programs are fully integrated, locally resonant, and delivering against commercial goals.

In

this role, you will:
  • Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy for your markets, grounded in traveler insights, brand priorities, product roadmaps, marketable experiences, and commercial goals.

  • Lead the planning and execution of big brand moments, cultural and seasonal campaigns, and regional initiatives, from new product launches to always‑on programs and local activations.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing market and cultural insights and clear recommendations that inform brand positioning, commercial decision‑making, and long‑term growth strategies.

  • Orchestrate 360° campaign development across internal and external partners—including GMs, product marketing, comms planning, media, creative and design, growth and performance marketing, PR, influencer, social, and sponsor ships—to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end campaigns.

  • Be a brand steward for  in your region, ensuring creative work meets brand standards, reflects our tone of voice, and is appropriately adapted for each channel, market, and traveler segment.

  • Partner with analytics and media teams to define, monitor, and report on campaign KPIs, translating performance and insights into clear optimization plans and recommendations for future initiatives.

Experience and qualifications:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.

  • You bring 9+ years of experience in integrated and/or brand marketing, with demonstrated success delivering results across the full marketing funnel and a variety of channels.

  • You have experience developing data‑driven brand and go‑to‑market strategies, from insight and positioning through execution and measurement.
