Marketing Manager, Branding Specialist / Ambassador, Marketing Strategy
Our client, a respected, design-driven producer of premium custom homes based in the Greater Seattle area, is seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to reset and elevate its marketing strategy, strengthen dealer alignment, and reestablish its position as the recognized leader in warm, modern home design. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to step into a moment of inflection and architect the strategic foundation that will drive lead quality, brand clarity, and long-term growth.
Reporting to the COO, the Fractional CMO will serve as the senior marketing leader for the organization, overseeing a small internal team while developing and executing a cohesive, disciplined marketing strategy aligned with business goals. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on leadership. The right person will bring clarity where there is ambiguity, restore confidence across the dealer network, and personally own the quality and consistency of the brand in market.
This is not a strategy‑only advisory role, but a leadership position with real accountability and visible impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to increase qualified lead volume, improve funnel performance, and support sustained business growth.
- Lead, manage and provide clear direction to the internal marketing team, ensuring clarity of priorities, accountability, and consistent execution aligned with strategic objectives.
- Act as trusted partner to the independent dealer network, actively listening to feedback, aligning marketing initiatives with their needs, and restoring confidence in the marketing function.
- Oversee and refine paid search, keyword strategy, and digital campaigns to eliminate wasted spend and ensure marketing dollars are deployed effectively.
- Own and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and premium positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
- Personally review and approve creative output, including website content, photography, advertising, and social media, to ensure it reflects Lindal’s design leadership and resonates with the target customer.
- Participate in leadership meetings and EOS planning sessions, helping define marketing priorities, scorecards, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy in environments with long sales cycles, considered purchases, or premium and design-driven products or services.
- Strong background in channel marketing, partner-led, or B2B2C sales models with the confidence to engage directly with independent business owners.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing strategies that improve lead generation, brand positioning, and funnel performance.
- Exceptional judgment in brand storytelling, content, and creative direction, with a strong eye for visual and written marketing quality.
- Hands‑on familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and content marketing, with a practical, ROI‑mindset.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels, providing vision while ensuring effective execution.
- Ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, internal teams, and independent channel partners.
- Willing and able to commit 20-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 1 in‑office day at headquarters and periodic travel to engage dealer partners.
