Description/Comment:
The Xbox Advertising Client Services Team at Telecommunication Media is looking for a highly-motivated Media Solution Specialist who wants to be a part of a world-class service organization. The Client Services Team is responsible for the development, management and execution of advertising campaigns for Telecommunication Medias most strategic clients across Xbox Live. In addition to managing the development & execution of online advertising campaigns, you will leverage your project management skills and work with cross-functional teams to solve client issues for specific books of business.
Finally, you will be joining a smart team focused on achieving amazing results and working together to drive value for our clients.
The Client must be efficient, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop client proposals, bring new ideas to the table, and work with internal teams to support a broad range of client requested solution opportunities
Accountable for the successful launch of advertising campaigns on the Xbox Live platform
Interface directly with strategic clients to understand the motivation behind a campaign and find appropriate solutions to meet their goals
Help ideate and vet custom targeting solutions in order to meet advertisers KPIs
Liaise with key at Microsoft stakeholders to ensure that marketing & editorial policies are coordinated and managed
Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management as to revenue risk
Have a core understanding of our Xbox product offering and articulate the value of our products and platform
Drive resolution of escalated client issues
Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures
Build and manage key relationships within the business
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree
5-7+ years relevant work experience in digital advertising/project management
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience using an online advertising system or comparable system desirable
Functional understanding of digital technologies (Flash, JavaScript, Streaming Video, XML)
Specific Skillsets:
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
