About

The Role

As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for executing Highspot’s earned media, organic social, and executive communications programs as a core member of the Corporate Marketing team. Reporting into Corporate Marketing leadership, you will help translate Highspot’s AI-powered GTM narrative into consistent, high‑impact market visibility. This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You will own day‑to‑day communications execution while partnering closely with Demand, Product Marketing, Web, ABM, Enablement, and agency partners to ensure Highspot’s story shows up clearly, credibly, and consistently across modern buyer and LLM‑driven discovery channels.

You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Highspot’s brand voice, increasing share of voice, elevating executive visibility, and turning earned and social momentum into measurable influence and buyer intent.

What You’ll Do
  • Communications Strategy & Execution:
  • Partner with the VP of Corporate Marketing and Head of Market Influence to develop and execute Highspot’s earned media and communications strategy
  • Own day‑to‑day execution across earned media, organic social, and executive communications
  • Translate Highspot’s AI, GTM performance, and customer impact narratives into compelling, channel‑specific storytelling
  • Earned Media & Analyst Relations Support:
  • Execute proactive media pitching and story development in partnership with the executive and cross‑team stakeholders
  • Pursue and secure award and speaking opportunities for the company, our executives, and our agentic GTM performance platform
  • Amplify press coverage, thought leadership, customer stories, and event moments across owned and social channels
  • Support analyst relations programs with briefing preparation, narrative alignment, and follow‑up coordination
  • Organic Social & Executive Visibility:
  • Manage day‑to‑day organic social publishing, engagement, and optimization across Linked In and priority channels
  • Develop and execute executive social strategies that expand reach, credibility, and engagement for Highspot leaders
  • Monitor industry conversations to identify timely opportunities for Highspot to lead and participate
  • Data, Insights & Optimization:
  • Own social performance analytics and listening using tools such as Sprout Social
  • Translate performance data and listening insights into recommendations for messaging, campaigns, and content strategy
  • Partner with Web and ABM teams to drive LLM visibility, intent spikes, and measurable engagement outcomes from earned and social efforts
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Demand, Product Marketing, Enablement, Events, and Rev Ops teams to support integrated campaign execution
  • Ensure communications efforts are aligned with broader GTM priorities and product launches
  • Bring an editorial mindset to planning, helping identify and shape stories across the business
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3‑4+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate marketing, or social media (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience executing earned media and organic social programs
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging by channel and audience
  • Experience working with PR agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
