Hanwha Vision America is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to join our team as the first dedicated professional in this role. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape Hanwha Vision’s field marketing presence across North America, driving high-impact experiences that support sales growth, partner engagement, and brand awareness. You will be the primary architect of our regional event programs, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Channel Partners to bring Hanwha Vision’s innovative security solutions to life.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead a regional field marketing strategy that supports sales enablement, demand generation, and channel growth, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
- Own strategic planning and oversight of Hanwha Vision’s regional event presence, including trade shows, partner programs, and customer engagements; determine event mix, objectives, and success metrics.
- Exercise independent judgment in evaluating opportunities, selecting venues and vendors, defining messaging, and determining appropriate investment levels for regional initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, and Marketing leadership to align regional programs with revenue targets, pipeline goals, and market priorities.
- Oversee regional event execution by providing direction to internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage regional budgets and program investments, analyze ROI and performance metrics, and present insights and recommendations to senior Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships, identifying co-marketing opportunities, sponsor ships, and joint programs that drive mutual business value.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity across all regional field marketing initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging field and experiential marketing trends, recommending scalable innovations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of regional programs.
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event management (B2B technology experience strongly preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven approach to planning and execution.
- Ability to work proactively, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
- Strong team player with a positive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing marketing content for events (e.g., collateral, session materials, emails, social posts, landing pages) to drive engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Sitting/Travel:
The role requires extended periods of sitting, including time spent traveling by car or plane, attending meetings, and working on a laptop or mobile devices while in offices, client locations, or remote settings. The position also involves periods of standing and walking during client visits and events.
