Overview
Amazon is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead acquisition content optimization on a proprietary machine learning advertising platform. The role focuses on optimizing banner ads, marketing pages, and application forms to improve conversion. The successful candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves to test and learn, and is motivated by driving results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an annual testing plan and share experiment and execution roadmap.
- Lead initiatives end to end, collaborating with legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners to optimize, execute, and deliver campaigns.
- Create on‑brand, best‑in‑class content tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns for our credit products.
- Partner with internal design team to innovate acquisition marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Coordinate initiatives with key financial partners, ensuring streamlined execution and approval for launch.
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Experience working with financial services partners.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and establishing strong partnerships with demonstrable results.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Base salary range: $80,200.00 – $ USD annually (Washington, Seattle).
