Title: Marketing Manager - Digital III/ Marketing Communications Manager/Internal Communications Manager
Duration: 11 months
Location of Role: US Remote (Any US time zone is ok, able to occasionally accommodate PST would be ideal)
Pay Rate: $55-$58/hr on W2

Job Description:
Client’s Global Field Marketing (GFM) team is at the forefront of driving demand for the Agentic Enterprise and our key products. The Campaign Operations team is a part of the Strategy & Operations org and works across the GFM team to drive strategic direction, accountability, and consistent, foundational campaign operations. We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join GFM’s Campaign Operations team.

This individual will help set the foundations and lead the global organization through setting the standards for marketing campaigns. This individual will set the bar for being a collaborative, trusted team member that can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. They will bring simplicity while acknowledging the nuances of a complex campaign object and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for crafting compelling messaging, coordinating high-profile presentations, creating and maintaining documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of communication and enablement to support and launch big, transformational projects through various internal communication channels including presentations, emails, videos, and Slack posts
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Create and maintain core enablement documents for internal and external teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other marketing communication teams, marketing enablement, operations, product, etc.) to understand their messaging and goals and translate them into impactful communication plans, calendar, and supporting enablement documentation
  • Coordinate and manage execution.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate communication needs and opportunities for big projects
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of recent professional internal communications or enablement experience
  • Experience developing and implementing communication or enablement plans
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with global audiences and awareness of different cultures, languages, local customs and communication nuances
  • Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing
  • Excellent business communications skills
  • Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation to measurement/evaluation
  • Agility and flexibility with a “can-do”, problem-solving attitude
  • Track record for learning and being curious, diving into unknown territory and learning new concepts
Additional Notes:
An overview of a day for this role:
Creating communication plans, meeting with stakeholders and team members, writing communication, sending communication in various communication channels (email, Slack, etc.), creating decks, videos and other enablement documents

Must have skills: Writing executive communication, creating communication plans, Google Slides/Docs, writing long-form documentation
Teachable skills: Understanding technical concepts, experience with marketing analytics or marketing operations, experience with Google Sheets
Optional skills: Plus if they have experience with technical writing and experience with CRM products (Sales Cloud a plus)
Experience around communication, PR, technical writing or enablement would be ideal
