You will collaborate with leaders across marketing, music industry, spoken word, content, product, measurement, and more. Additionally, you will play a critical role in executing projects and operations to support the growth of our brand.

Key job responsibilities* Oversee and manage operational aspects of the brand marketing organization
Develop and implement project plans and timelines to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of brand marketing initiatives
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for brand growth
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects
Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain project and team wide budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost‑effectiveness
Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline project management and operations
Guide team members, providing support and guidance on project management best practices
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform project strategy and execution
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
As a Global Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing systems and strategies while executing and optimizing results‑oriented programs and initiatives that drive awareness of and engagement with Amazon Music. This work may include project management, quarterly reporting, budget reviews, and development and implementation of new operationalization mechanisms. This position will actively engage with, or lead elements of full brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners.

6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience creating brand marketing content
