Senior Marketing Strategist

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to own our performance marketing engine and serve as our Marketing Director’s right hand. Right now, we’re leaning heavily on paid media to hit aggressive lead generation goals—your job is to make that spend work hard while we build brand awareness that will drive more organic leads over time.

You’ll work directly with our Marketing Director on strategy and collaborate with a solid team: a Content & Web Specialist who knows our customers inside and out, and a Creative & Communications Coordinator who handles design and campaign execution. You’ll also collaborate with our Engagement Team who handles lead response and qualification. We meet weekly as a team to align priorities, troubleshoot, and keep campaigns moving.

You’ll be a core voice in those conversations.

This is a strategic leadership role with real autonomy. We trust you to make decisions, run experiments, and bring new ideas without getting stuck in approval cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the performance marketing engine, optimizing paid media spend to meet lead generation goals.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that complement brand awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with the Content & Web Specialist, Creative & Communications Coordinator, and Engagement Team to launch and monitor integrated campaigns.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to align on priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure campaign momentum.
  • Drive experimentation, analyze performance data, and iterate tactics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Mid‑Senior level experience in performance marketing and paid media.
  • Full‑time availability.
  • Experience in digital marketing for B2C or B2B brands, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
