Overview

As a Marketing Projects Lead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business development, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive high-visibility initiatives that shape growth, strengthen reputation, and elevate how the organization presents itself in the marketplace. This role is designed for a proven marketing professional who leads with judgment and creativity—not just execution. You will own critical pursuits, develop compelling narratives, and translate complex ideas into persuasive, client-focused communications that help the organization win work and build long-term relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated results
• Experience in professional services or service-based industries strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong design sensibility, including typography and layout, with openness to feedback and iteration
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications
• A robust portfolio showcasing creative, strategic marketing work across platforms
