Responsibilities- Develop and manage content calendars for owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and key business priorities.
- Oversee asset creation and delivery, partnering with creative teams to produce high‑quality content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with go‑to‑market, digital, product, brand experience, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement test & learn plans in partnership with digital and analytics to inform strategic briefs and content optimization.
- Author marketing briefs that guide channel communication, prioritization and creative execution. Lead asset development with creative teams to ensure output is on brief.
- Collaborate with a broad group of cross‑functional partners to develop comprehensive briefs, connecting dots across teams to strengthen the work.
- Lead the development of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps and channel learnings.
- Bring fresh, creative, big idea thinking for evolving approaches to content in owned channels, to deepen brand love and stoke brand engagement in new ways.

- Progressive experience in product or brand management - 5+ years
