Executive Digital Communications Lead

Russell Investments is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking communication professional to join our Corporate Communications team in Seattle as an Executive Communications Specialist. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership to shape and amplify the firm’s executive voice across digital channels (especially Linkedin), investor materials, and internal communications. You’ll report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications.

* * 5-7 years of experience in communications, journalism, digital content, or executive writing—ideally within asset management, professional services, or financial media

Strong experience scripting and writing for executive stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to capture voice and intent Familiarity with investment themes and financial communications; ability to distill and communicate complex topics to different audiences Proficiency with AI tools and emerging digital platforms that enhance storytelling and engagement. A strong editorial instinct with exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
