The starting pay range is $25-28 per hour. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k plan with up to 4% match.

What you’ll do as the Production Control Coordinator:
  • Coordinate order picking, part fabrication, and heater assembly to meet daily production goals.
  • Provide clear priorities in accordance with the daily production schedule. Make adjustments as needed in response to part shortages, new deadlines, or production delays.
  • Take ownership of transactional excellence regarding the accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
  • Keep system transactions in sync with physical flow of material from Work In Process (WIP) to closing the Manufacturing Order (MO).
  • Follow and maintain Standard Work processes for all Coordinator duties. Identify sources of waste and propose solutions; update Standard Work documentation as needed.
  • Quickly respond to inquiries from other departments and facilitate modifications as needed.
  • Frequently review space availability in line staging and WIP areas. Quickly identify bottlenecks and resolve issues affecting flow.
  • Proactively consider potential schedule risks. Partner with teammates to generate ideas, respond to schedule risks, and implement countermeasures.
  • Be actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts; apply Lean manufacturing principles and problem‑solving tools such as 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, etc.
  • Learn and support multiple production areas including Assembly and Fabrication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 6S principles.
  • Work safely. Follow all directions and procedures and enforce the use of appropriate PPE as needed.

What you need to be successful:
  • High school degree or equivalent required; additional education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a major plus.
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting internal or external customers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in production planning or scheduling.
  • At least 1 year of experience using data management programs such as ERP/MRP/WMS.
  • Prior experience applying Lean principles and tools in a manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on strictly following process requirements.
  • Ability to edit your own work for data accuracy.
  • Self‑motivated and able to complete work with minimal direction and supervision once trained.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and take lessons learned to use in future situations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to remain focused and organized in a busy environment.
  • Basic math – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking are required to perform key aspects of the position.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Pay & Benefits:
  • The full pay range for this position is $. New hires typically start between $25-28 per hour. Pay is determined based on relevant experience, education, and training, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) with up to 4% match (and immediate vesting!!).
  • Two weeks of paid time off plus paid holidays.

  • This is a 100% on‑site, full‑time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
