Job Description
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy and control. You will be responsible for performing cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and resolving any discrepancies in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager. Additionally, you will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the proper rotation and labeling of products.
Responsibilities- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in partnership with the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP/MRP systems.
- Ensure proper FIFO rotation and clear product labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items approach reorder points.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and audits.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or production support (food manufacturing a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive counting and data-entry tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks (bending, stooping, reaching).
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow established procedures.

- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (training available).

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
