Manufacturing Prep Specialist

The Manufacturing Prep Specialist supports Filson’s production operations by managing pre‑production and post‑production processes that enable efficient cutting, assembly, audit, and outbound shipment of finished goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, readiness, and flow throughout the manufacturing process.

• Create and print markers using
  
  Accumarkto support cutting room operations
• Process production work orders and confirm completed units
• Prepare completed units for audit
• Process Transfer Orders for outbound shipments
• Print Purchase Orders & UPC labels
• Maintain and update Cuts & Kits Received logs
• Manage UPC hang tag preparation and tracking
• Prep finished goods for outbound shipment
• Assist with outbound shipment packing as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experienceoperatingor supporting industrial manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
• Net Suite experience is a plus

Salary range: $22 - $26 USD
