Fulfillment Lead - Air Framer Production

Responsible for facilitating transactions, coordinating material movement, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a services agreement or order in support of customer flight lines (Boeing, Bombardier, etc).

This role is open to remote consideration.

• Facilitate order management for customer flight lines - order intake, input into internal systems, coordinate packing & shipment with logistics, etc. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.

• Key contact for customer inquiries & customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.

• Develop and own KPIs related to customer flight lines along with problem solving to close gaps.

• Use some judgment and have some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Use technical experience and analytical thinking. Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explain information; develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of materials management, fulfillment, procurement, manufacturing operations or related supply chain experience) + minimum of 3 years materials management, fulfillment, procurement, manufacturing operations or related supply chain experience

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $145,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
