We are hiring entry‑level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is required – we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience.

• Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling.
• Report any deviations and help resolve small issues quickly.
• Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and sanitation rules.

• Fast‑paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40°F).
• On your feet most of your shift; may need to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture.

• Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Full‑time, year‑round employment.
• Paid on‑the‑job training – no experience necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to use equipment and instruments effectively.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Starting pay: $23.00 per hour (range $23.00 – $27.00 per hour).
