Job DescriptionWe are hiring entry‑level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is required – we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities- Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Monitor temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling.
- Report any deviations and help resolve small issues quickly.
- Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and sanitation rules.
- Fast‑paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40°F).
- On your feet most of your shift; may need to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture.
- Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Full‑time, year‑round employment.
- Paid on‑the‑job training – no experience necessary.
- Stable hours (40+ per week).

- Basic reading, writing, and English communication skills.

- Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Ability to use equipment and instruments effectively.
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Starting pay: $23.00 per hour (range $23.00 – $27.00 per hour).
