Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Client Success Director, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

You excel in the unpredictability of early-stage ventures. You ve built trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients who demand exceptional service. You re convinced that AI will transform how children learn—and you re eager to advocate for that vision, even to skeptics. If any part of that feels like a mismatch, this position won t be right for you.

Alpha operates outside the boundaries of conventional schooling. We re a technology startup demonstrating that every child possesses extraordinary potential. Our students complete their core academic work in two hours each day through AI-driven applications, then dedicate the remainder of their time to capabilities that matter in the real world: presenting ideas, thinking critically, collaborating on challenges, and tackling meaningful projects.

No passive instruction. No filler assignments. Only efficient learning and outcomes in the top 1% nationally. Families pay for concierge-level attention. You ll consistently defend this approach against concerns about screen exposure, doubts rooted in traditional pedagogy, and reflexive skepticism.

During the initial phase—year zero through year one—this is fundamentally an enrollment sales position. You will manage the complete pipeline from first inquiry to executed enrollment contract, meeting conversion benchmarks and maintaining CRM discipline. We will not launch a campus until at least 25 students are enrolled. Reaching that threshold is your accountability. You ll facilitate compelling information sessions, lead personalized campus tours, follow up persistently, and finalize enrollments.

After securing 25 students and bringing on an admissions director, your role evolves into serving as the campus s chief parent-facing representative. You ll cultivate lasting loyalty, address concerns with white-glove responsiveness, and transform satisfied families into vocal champions who actively refer others.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position with tangible outcomes  will operate independently without extensive administrative infrastructure, dedicated marketing resources, or mature operational templates. Strategies adapt as new data emerges. Systems are still taking shape. You ll construct them. The majority of your time will be spent beyond the campus walls—meeting prospective families for coffee, attending networking lunches, engaging with Chamber of Commerce gatherings—rather than working from an office.

You ll maintain visibility during morning arrival and afternoon departure windows. Evening family programs and occasional weekend student events will be part of your schedule. A single poorly aligned family within a 25-student cohort can disrupt the entire community, making the ability to decline wrong-fit applicants as critical as enrolling the right ones.

The upside? You ll observe outcomes most education professionals never encounter: formerly doubtful parents becoming passionate advocates, reserved students presenting with poise to adult audiences, families selecting your campus over prestigious private institutions. You ll create something substantial from the ground up and take ownership of the impact.

If you re convinced that the majority of schools are underserving children and a superior model exists, this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
