Overview

The Corporate Services Lead, Communications + Brand (C+B) serves as the enterprise-level strategic partner for DPR’s Corporate Services organizations, ensuring communications and brand strategy directly enable business priorities, workforce outcomes, and enterprise initiatives. This leader is a deeply embedded business partner, influencing decision-making, shaping narratives, and guiding leaders through moments of change, growth and transformation. The role is the primary interface between individual Corporate Services Leadership Teams and C+B Centers of Excellence which provide input into C+B strategies, program design and best practices.

The Lead also coordinates additional C+B executions through the creative services teams ensuring alignment with brand standards and delivering a consistent and positive brand image. They are responsible for leading other C+B Business Partners whose primary responsibility is to identify, problem-solve, manage, implement and improve C+B outcomes for those functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring a business-first lens to C+B planning—prioritizing work based on impact, capacity, and enterprise.
  • Advise leaders on how communications, brand, and storytelling can accelerate enterprise outcomes, reinforce culture, and strengthen alignment across the organization.
  • Ensure Corporate Services narratives are consistent, credible, and connected to DPR’s purpose, values, and long-term positioning.
  • Help leaders clarify intent, align messaging to values, and communicate with authenticity and consistency.
  • Act as primary liaison between Corporate Services leader and the Centers of Excellence and Creative Services to provide input and feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with global and regional C+B leaders to ensure shared messaging, reusable assets, and coordinated execution.
  • Appropriately implement core C+B strategies and best practices across key disciplines, including Employee Communications, Executive Communications, External Communications and Brand & Creative.
  • Reinforce standardized planning, prioritization, and measurement while allowing for business-specific nuance.
  • Lead and manage other Business Partners who provide services across corporate services in alignment with company business objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually within the domestic U.S.
Education and Experience

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or another related field

Work Experience

  • 12+ years of professional experience across the multiple disciplines within Communications + Brand
  • Construction industry and/or agency experience is a plus
