Overview

Job Title: Selling Sales Manager
Location: Seattle, WA

Bath Planet of Seattle is a fast-growing home improvement company delivering high-quality bathroom remodeling products and expert installations. With strong lead flow and an ambitious growth plan, we’re looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales team and drive results in the Spokane market.

What You’ll Do
  • Review and manage appointments from our Inside Sales Team.

  • Conduct at least 5 in-home sales appointments weekly alongside reps as coaching opportunities.

  • Support sales reps in closing deals and handling calls in-home.

  • Track performance metrics and implement action plans to meet goals.

  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential lost sales.

  • Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re-engage prospects.

  • Lead ongoing training sessions to develop your team.

  • Set clear expectations for your team aligned with company goals.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in-home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus).

  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems.

  • Able to travel within Washington State as needed.
