How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s ChoiceAt Paula’s Choice, we’re entering our next phase of growth — modernizing the brand, scaling globally, and executing the initiatives that will define the future of the business.
This role sits at the center of that work.
As Senior Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will own the delivery of the company’s most important cross‑functional bets — the programs that shape how the brand shows up in the world and how the business runs.
You’ll partner directly with senior leadership, operate across every function, and be trusted to take ambiguous priorities and turn them into clear plans that ship. This is not a coordination role. It’s an ownership role.
As a Senior Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will ownLeading 1–2 of our highest‑impact initiatives at any given time — typically multi‑quarter, highly visible programs that span brand, packaging, product development, supply chain, digital, and finance.
From day one, you are accountable for outcomes. That means:
- Defining scope, success metrics, and timelines
- Building the roadmap and integrated plan
- Aligning stakeholders and driving decisions
- Managing dependencies and risks
- Ensuring teams are fully ready to launch
Many initiatives involve physical product and operational complexity (repackaging, sourcing, inventory transitions, phased rollouts), so comfort navigating real‑world execution details — not just strategy — is key.
You bring clarity, momentum, and follow‑through so the work actually gets done.
Typical day might include a mix of the following- Translate strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps and workplans
- Lead cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end, from concept through launch
- Run stakeholder alignment and decision‑making forums
- Proactively identify risks, elevate early, and remove blockers
- Create clear, executive‑ready artifacts (briefs, decks, dashboards, updates)
- Maintain pace and accountability across teams without formal authority
- Build repeatable ways of working that help the organization execute better over time
- Critical initiatives launch on time and at a high bar for quality
- Leaders have clarity and confidence in program health
- Teams feel aligned and focused, not chasing loose ends
- Risks are anticipated early, not…
