About the roleAs District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7–10 Sales Representatives, set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.
Key Responsibilities- Direct responsibility for sales, profit and loss for the district.
- Compile reports for the General Manager evaluating performance of Industrial and Commercial teams.
- Responsible for invoice forecasting, monitoring and reporting on installation performance and following up with customers.
- Train, monitor and motivate team members; assist Percy’s in the field by making sales calls and presentations.
- Spend a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Show a strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Proven ability to manage projects and
* sin clearly communicate key tasks to installers and team members.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team and calling on end users, general contractors, design engineers and design build firms.
- B.S. degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Proven ability to manage projects clearly.
Five (5) or more years of sales management experience within Stonhard or a similar sales organization.
