Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a fast-paced team, with a focus on sales enablement initiatives. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager and creative stakeholders to manage projects from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in an environment where priorities move quickly and attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities:

+ Support the Senior Project Manager on creative projects

+ Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for questions

+ Manage project intake from meetings and translate information into clear next steps

+ Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables within Asana

+ Review creative deliverables to ensure specs, naming conventions, and requirements are met

+ Communicate regularly with designers to provide updates and keep projects on track

+ Conduct follow-ups / scheduled check-ins to maintain momentum and deadlines

+ Track project progress and flag risks or issues proactively

+ Build and update PowerPoint decks to report on creative output and performance for senior leadership

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a creative or marketing environment

+ Hands-on experience using Asana for project tracking and workflow management

+ Strong PowerPoint skills, including building executive-ready decks

+ Excellent communication skills with a high level of initiative and attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

+ Strong sense of urgency and follow-through

+ Experience working cross-functionally with designers and creative teams

+ Familiarity with brand, social, or creative production workflows is a plus
