Portfolio Manager

Redside Partners is a growing Seattle-based property management firm specializing in high-quality operations for apartment buildings primarily ranging from 50 to 125 units. We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a collection of residential buildings totaling 450–550 units, typically supported by Community Managers at each property. We strive to group portfolios by geography or ownership whenever possible to ensure operational efficiency and relationship consistency.

• 3+ years of residential property management experience (multi-family preferred)
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial statements, and property operations
• Experience supervising onsite teams and managing vendors
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• WA Real Estate License preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong App Folio experience is a significant advantage
