Become a Key Player as a Senior Communications Program Manager

As a Senior Communications Program Manager, you will own end-to-end communications strategy and execution that shapes leadership narratives and internal alignment across the organization. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and Finance to drive program governance, onboarding, and culture initiatives. Work model:
Onsite in Seattle, WA.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Lead executive and leadership communications, serving as air-traffic control for prioritization, alignment, and visibility.
  • Plan and run org-wide forums and All-Hands meetings and manage associated materials and cadence.
  • Drive Customer Zero communications, executive-facing updates, and content production across channels (decks, blogs, enablement materials, whitepapers).
  • Oversee internal communications initiatives and editorial calendars.
  • Design, run, expand, and scale learning programs such as Brown Bags and AI-focused enablement.
  • Manage recognition programs, new-joiner onboarding communications, and culture initiatives.
  • Act as steward of knowledge management and maintain quarterly operating artifacts and collaboration repositories.
  • Partner with leadership and Finance on planning, tracking, governance, headcount reviews, T&E, and forecasts.
  • Establish repeatable processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and operational discipline across programs.
  • Lead special programs and initiatives as required.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, sales enablement, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level with executives and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, editorial, and presentation skills.
  • Strong program management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience balancing strategy with hands-on execution and the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with enterprise technology is strongly preferred.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
  • Experience designing and scaling learning or enablement programs, especially AI-focused initiatives.
Pay Range

$70.31 - $87.89/hour
