Join a dynamic Strategy and Transformation team at the client, a recently acquired PE-backed Business Services firm, responsible for driving international transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to optimize international operations, enhance performance, and shape the future through strategic commercial and operations projects.

The position requires leading strategic and operational projects within the international transformation program, analyzing processes, and identifying improvement opportunities across the value chain. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, including time, budget, and quality management.

You will guide internal teams through conception, piloting, and implementation phases while conducting data-driven analyses and developing KPIs to validate hypotheses. Additionally, you will prepare and facilitate workshops and management meetings, design and implement communication, training, and change management concepts, and support staff development in project management skills.

The client is looking for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consulting. Candidates should have proven experience in project or workstream management, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ability to manage complex topics independently and confidently is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Fluency in German and strong English skills are needed, and there is a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
