Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Affiliations
Our client, a leading healthcare organization committed to improving member and provider experiences, is seeking Senior Project Managers to support high-visibility work for a new Integration Program. These roles are critical in driving affiliation initiatives that integrate people, processes, and technology across a growing enterprise footprint.
The Senior Project Managers will lead projects that directly support integration efforts. One of the roles requires Finance Operations project experience, ideally with background in People Soft platform implementations, integrations, or upgrades.
These projects span multiple business units, require strong coordination skills, and involve collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across several markets.

Occasional, a few days per month or less (Portland, Washington, North Dakota)
Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour (DOE)

- Lead large-scale, complex projects and concurrent initiatives supporting enterprise affiliation work within their Integration Program.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure project objectives align with enterprise strategy and integration requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and provide clear direction, accountability, and communication.
- Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders to understand needs, evaluate solutions, and implement effective approaches.
- Track project performance using established metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver project plans, updates, and outcomes to leadership and program governance teams.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise project management standards and methodologies.
- Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and progress toward milestones.
- Stay current on emerging PM tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including leadership of large-scale initiatives (typically $1M+ budgets and teams of 10+).
- For one of the open positions – Finance Operations experience, ideally with People Soft implementation, integration, or upgrade work.
- Proven record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage risks and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience partnering with business sponsors to define and deliver solutions.
- Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK standards preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Clarity, or similar platforms.
- Competencies include budgeting, change management, project planning, organization, and risk management.
- PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
