Maintenance Project Manager

Position Summary

PW Construction Management is seeking an organized and motivated Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and small capital improvement projects across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for a professional with foundational project management experience who is ready to grow within a fast-paced construction and facilities environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage maintenance and repair projects from planning through closeout

* Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards

* Track project costs and manage change orders

* Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, timelines, and issues

* Prepare reports, documentation, and project closeout packages

* Identify preventative maintenance improvements and cost efficiencies

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field personnel

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or construction project coordination/management

* Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, life safety)

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Experience coordinating subcontractors or service vendors

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software

* Valid driver's license
