Senior Communications Program Manager (Contract)
Location:
Seattle, WA 98103 (Hybrid)
Duration: 3/16/2026 to 3/12/2027
Team: GMI MGMT
Key Responsibilities- Executive Comms, Internal Comms & External Thought Leadership
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for org-wide communications, including All-Hands meetings and major leadership forums.
- Serve as air-traffic control for executive and leadership communications, managing prioritization, alignment, and visibility across teams, partnering closely with Executive Communications.
- Lead our Customer Zero communications, including reporting, executive-facing updates, and content production across channels, including thought leadership materials, core decks, blogs, sales enablement materials, and whitepapers.
- Oversee internal communications initiatives, including editorial calendars.
- Culture & People Development
- Strategically manage and lead recognition programs and culture initiatives.
- Own new joiner onboarding communications and programming.
- Design, run, expand, and scale Brown Bag and learning programs.
- Drive skills-scaling initiatives, including AI-focused enablement programs.
- Business Operations & Program Governance
- Act as steward of organizational knowledge management, including repositories and collaboration platforms, and maintain quarterly operating artifacts.
- Lead processes in partnership with leadership and Finance, including planning, tracking, and governance, such as headcount reviews, T&E spend and forecasts, etc.
- Establish repeatable processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and operational discipline across programs.
- Lead special programs and initiatives as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience operating at a senior level with executives and leadership teams.
- Exceptional verbal, written, editorial, and presentation skills.
- Strong program management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end – from vision setting right through to expert execution.
- Enterprise technology experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence without authority.
- 10+ years of experience in communications, sales enablement, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
- $80.00 to $88.03 per hour.
