Job Description

Position Summary We are currently recruiting for a long term contract to hire Associate Project Manager in the Seattle market. Position will assist as Project Manager on customer deployments, and on regional / nontraditional customer deployments.
Essential Job Functions

• Project manage one or more aspects of a customer deployment across multiple applications, ensuring projects are completed according to mutually agreed-upon timelines and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and/or support all facets of an application from system entry through construction completion and delivery of closeout documentation, including but not limited to: structural analysis, site acquisition, A&E services, land use planning, zoning and permitting, lease management, and construction management.
• Ensure the District Manager and/or Lead Project Manager (if applicable), as well as customers, are informed of issues that may impact project completion or cost.
• Manage and coordinate team members to obtain and maintain all required project documentation related to modifications, collocations, and construction of towers, including but not limited to structural analysis, leases, title documents, permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals, and other required documentation.
• Manage vendors, where applicable.
• Forecast and maintain project timelines within the Project Management Tool (e.G., initial and updated forecasts).
• Participate in internal and external deployment meetings as directed by the Lead Project Manager and interact with customer representatives as needed.
• Address and resolve design issues as they arise (e.G., limited lease entitlements, additional ground space requirements, easements, etc.).
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate utilities as needed.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  
  Experience / Minimum Requirements
• One (1) to three (3) years of project management experience.

Other Skills / Abilities

• Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.
• Knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand tower and rooftop structural details.
• Ability to identify workflow problems, analyze critical paths, and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret financial metrics and recommend solutions to financial issues.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction services, including telecommunications, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, towers, lines, and antennas.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple service groups with both internal and external stakeholders.
