As a senior project manager – Digital Business Operations, you’ll play a key role partnering with the broader Digital team to support business operations as part of the team responsible for product strategy and execution – from business reviews, budget management, supporting planning processes, to driving progression of Digital initiatives through Enterprise governance processes. This role will be pivotal in aligning teams across digital, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make timely decisions, and enabling seamless collaboration across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive progression of Digital Initiatives through Enterprise governance and planning processes.
  • Lead business analysis for the Digital team, including managing Digital Business Reviews and reporting.
  • Lead Budget Management for the Digital Organization, ensuring we are focusing our spend on the right priorities.
  • Drive team cohesion by driving culture and facilitating Digital Team Ceremonies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
  • 5 years managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
  • 5 years building and mentoring teams.
  • 2 years mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
  • 5 years General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
