Responsibilities- Drive progression of Digital Initiatives through Enterprise governance and planning processes.
- Lead business analysis for the Digital team, including managing Digital Business Reviews and reporting.
- Lead budget management for the Digital Organization, ensuring spend aligns with priorities.
- Drive team cohesion by fostering culture and facilitating Digital Team Ceremonies.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications.
- 5 years managing large‑scale or multiple mid‑size projects.
- 5 years building and mentoring teams.
- 2 years mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
- 5 years general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
