• Serve as the program manager for Employee Resource Groups, providing operational support and coordination
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, program management, internal communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of designing and executing employee engagement or culture initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing large projects and moderately complex programs independently
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth environments
• Background in event planning or employee engagement programming for distributed work forces
• Familiarity with recognition platforms and tools
• Experience managing internship or early career programs
• Budget management experience for employee programs
